Sacramento Area Art
The art scene in Sacramento is alive and vibrant. The city has a large art museum downtown featuring the work of California artists as well as art from around the world. Sacramento is also home to many art galleries where local artists and world famous artistis desplay their work. There are also many public works of art desplayed through out the city including sculptures by Stephen Kaltenbach.
Art galleries around the city participate in Second Saturdays. Second Saturdays celebrates the art of the city.
